LUVOCOM® 20-0778/BK by Lehmann & Voss is polypthalamide (PPA) grade reinforced with glass fiber and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It exhibits improved friction & wear behavior and low coefficient of thermal expansion. LUVOCOM® 20-0778/BK shows low influence from moisture and temperature on dimensional stability and electrical properties, compared with PA66. It is optimized for dry running operations. It is suitable for very strong & stiff parts and metal inserts. Recommended for automotive industry, textile & office machinery, apparatus and precision engineering. Also, used in bearings, sleeves, sliding elements, control disks, gear wheels and duty parts in switches. It is designed for injection molding applications.
