Lupox® HV1005S

Lupox® HV1005S is an impact modified polybutylene terephthalate grade by LG Chem. Exhibits good impact resistance, minimal moisture absorption, fast crystallization speed and excellent electrical properties. Shows good resistance against water, weak acids and many solvents. Provides slight solubility in strong polar solvent or chlorinated solvents but insolubility in water. Lupox® HV1005S is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive connectors, electrical and electronic applications. Complies with US EPA TSCA and UL 94 HB flame rating.
