PVA 0488 by Liwei chemical (Sinochem) is partially hydrolyzed, odorless, nontoxic, polyvinyl alcohol high polymer grade. Exhibits resistance to oil, grease & solvent, excellent film forming, emulsifying and adhesive properties. Possesses high tensile strength & flexibility, as well as high oxygen and aroma barrier properties that are dependent on humidity. It is fully degradable and dissolves quickly. PVA 0488 by Liwei chemical (Sinochem) is chiefly used to produce textile sizing materials, coatings, adhesive, acetal derivations and widely used for freshwater sport fishing, paper processing, emulsifying agents, dispersants and blocking colloids. Also used in construction field. Extensively applied to emulgents, dispersants and blocking colloids. In addition, it can be used as membranes, soil modifiers and production materials of vinylon fiber.
