Alathon L5876

Alathon L5876 is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. Exhibits high gloss and shows grease- , corrosion- and shatter resistance and high crystalinity. Designed for injection blow molding and extrusion blow molding applications. Possible applications are grocery merchandise, containers for frozen food and dairy products, liners for cereal, crackers and other food packaging. Complies with Food and Drug Administration regulation 21 CFR 177.1520, EU Regulation 10/2011/EC (PIM), China GB9685-2008 and Ministry Of Health Announcement 2012 No.5, CLP Regulation - Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 and EU Packaging and Packaging Waste 94/62/EC.
