Hostalen ACP 5831 D is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade with broad molecular weight distribution, containing antioxidants. Exhibits high environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR), stiffness and rigidity and good organoleptic properties. Shows grease- , corrosion- and shatter resistance and high crystalinity. Designed for extrusion blow molding process. Recommended for bottles and vials, bottles for consumer goods, consumer packaging, jerry cans, sports, leisure and toys. Complies with U.S. FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(a)(3)(i) and (c)3.2a, EU Regulation 10/2011/EC (PIM), China GB9685-2008, EU Packaging and Packaging Waste 94/62/EC and RoHS.
