Koattro KT AR 05

Koattro KT AR 05 by LyondellBasell is a weldable, foamable polybutene-1 grade with high elasticity. Offers good melt strength, good processing stability, low temperature flexibility and medium flow. Shows an excellent compression set performance with high compatibility to polypropylene. It enhances softness, elastic recovery, elongation at break and impact resistance while improving transparency and reducing stress whitening when blended with PP. It increases thermal bonding strength when blended at low concentrations with PP. Designed for processing by blown film, calendaring, cast film, compression and injection molding. Koattro KT AR 05 is used in consumer products, appliances, automotive parts, industrial and sealant applications. Complies with EU no. 1907/2006.
