ASTALON™ S1000U

ASTALON™ S1000U by Marplex is a medium viscosity polycarbonate grade. Possesses low/medium melt flow and surface finish. Exhibits transparency, toughness, UV stability, flame retardancy and processability. Is suitable to be processed by profile extrusion and injection molding. Used in emergency vehicle lighting, electrical junction box covers and marine navigation lamp lenses. ASTALON™ S1000U complies with ISO 9001. Other related grades are FDA approved S1001U and steam resistant S1003U.
