Megatal® JC-ST100-UV-BK010

Megatal® JC-ST100-UV-BK010 by Mega Polymers is a high viscosity, super tough, UV stabilized polyacetal copolymer resin. It is pigmented black with finely dispersed carbon powder. Possesses higher specific gravity compared to polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and nylon. Exhibits inherent lubricious properties, exceptional wear and creep resistance. Is widely accepted as replacement over metal parts. Megatal® JC-ST100-UV-BK010 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for outdoor use, gears, pulleys and door latches.
