ALKOX® R-150

ALKOX® R-150 is a low viscosity, water soluble ethylene oxide homopolymer grade by Meisei Chemical Works. Exhibits rigidity, low molecular weight, good thermal stability, high performance, high solid concentration and low melt viscosity. Shows reduced flow resistance, low moisture absorbency, good fluidity at room temperature, tackiness when wet and easy release when dried. It maintains water solubility even if combined with other chemicals. Moreover, it has a function of coagulating sedimentation for suspension of clay, silica and others. ALKOX® R-150 is suitable for processing by heat rolling, extrusion and casting. Possible applications include pulp & paper industry, paints, textile & fabrics, construction & building, ceramics, ecology, machinery & metals, resins, batteries and home products.
