Acetron® MD POM-C

Acetron® MD POM-C by Quadrant is a blue colored, light weight POM (acetal) grade. Acetron® MD is fully metal detectable up to more than 27mm3. Exhibits good wear resistance, good chemical resistance and good bearing performance in moist/wet applications. Ideal choice for elevated temperature applications with maximum continuous operating temperature of 180˚F. Recommended for meat and poultry processing, dairy and cheese production and used in bearings/bushings, scraper blades, conveyor wear surfaces, change parts, timing screws and star wheels. Acetron® MD POM-C complies with FDA and EU Directive 2002/72 EC standards.
