Nylatron® MC901 by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is a blue colored, heat stabilized polyamide 6 (nylon 6). Offers long-term thermal stability to 260°F. Exhibits high mechanical strength, stiffness, good fatigue resistance, excellent wear resistance, good electrical insulating properties and good resistance to high energy radiation [gamma- and X-rays]. It has high hardness & toughness, high mechanical damping ability, good sliding properties and good machinability. Suitable for processing by gear rings & custom castings. Nylatron® MC901 is designed for gear wheels, racks and pinions.
