Iupilon® EGN2040DF by Mitsubishi Engineering-Plastics is a flame retardant, bromine- and phosphorous- free, bisphenol-A based polycarbonate (PC) grade reinforced with 40% glass fiber. It exhibits low warpage, heat resistance, optical transparency and optical diffusion. It possesses good impact performance, self-extinguishing properties, good precision molding properties and dimensional stability. It shows good electrical insulation capabilities and weather resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Iupilon® EGN2040DF is used in sports equipment, automobiles, optics, machinery, office automation equipment and electronic applications.
