Iupilon® LCH2415

Iupilon® LCH2415 by Mitsubishi Engineering-Plastics is a wear resistance improved, bisphenol-A based, polycarbonate (PC) grade reinforced with 15% carbon fiber. It contains 20% PTFE lubricant as additive. It exhibits improved wear resistance, heat resistance, optical transparency and optical diffusion. It offers high rigidity, high stiffness and abrasion resistance. It possesses good impact performance, self-extinguishing properties, good precision molding properties and dimensional stability. It shows good electrical insulation capabilities and weather resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Iupilon® LCH2415 is used in sports equipment, automobiles, optics, machinery, office automation equipment and electronic applications.
