lupital™ MAL20 by Mitsubishi Engineering-Plastics is a low friction polyacetal (POM) grade. It shows excellent sliding characteristics. It contributes to low-noise design with low sliding resistance. It is processed by injection molding at medium injection speed. It is suitable for applications including drug inhaler for COPD and asthma, injection devices such as insulin pens, and parts for medical devices. lupital™ MAL20 is compliant with ISO10993-5 & 10, USP 87, USP 88 Class IV and FDA Drug Master File.
