MIPELON™ XM-221U

MIPELON™ XM-221U is an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) grade by Mitsui Chemicals. Exhibits low water absorption, good impact strength and innovative processability. Possesses uniform & smooth surface and exceptional mechanical strength. It is a self-lubricating, easy to mold grade with high durability and uniform dispersion. Offers superb chemical-, abrasion-, heat- and water resistance. Prevents film blocking and bleed out over time, unlike other slipping agents. It can be used for food applications. MIPELON™ XM-221U functions as a micro-bearing particle inside grease and decreases the coefficient of friction and sliding property.
