TPX™ MX0020

TPX™ MX0020 by Mitsui Chemicals is a low modulus 4-methylpentene-1-based olefin copolymer (PMP Copolymer) grade. Is halogen-free and crystalline in nature. Provides excellent transparency, high gas permeability, low density and very low water absorbance. Exhibits good release property, low dielectric properties, good heat and chemical resistance. Designed for injection molding, direct blow molding and T-Die casting, profile type, mandrel, pipe and fiber spinning extrusion processes. TPX™ MX0020 is possibly suitable for production of high-pressure rubber hose, mold cups to create LED light, release paper for synthetic leather and release film on flexible printed circuits (FPC) manufacturing process. Can be used for food related applications such as food wraps, food preservation packs, baking carton and microwave oven tableware. Complies with JPN standards, FDA regulations and EU regulations.
