Certene® SIM-120 by Muehlstein is a prime, high impact polystyrene (HIPS) grade available in the form of pellets. Is insoluble in cold water. Offers good processability, good flexibility, good flow and good strength. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is recommended for appliance components, thin-walled packaging, coat-hangers, flower pots, bathroom accessories, scale models, toys and audio & video cassette shells applications. Certene® SIM-120 complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1640 regulation.
