Ingeo™ Biopolymer 6252D by NatureWorks is a polylactic acid (PLA). It is a thermoplastic fiber-grade resin derived primarily from annually renewable resources. It is designed for meltblown products using conven-tional as well as high pressure die meltblown equipment. Ingeo™ Biopolymer 6252D can be converted into a broad range of fiber products. Potential applications include wipes, geotextiles, hospital garments, absorbent pad liners, personal hygiene products, agriculture/horticultural products and filtration products.
