PPSG40-01NC by Next Polymers is a high performance polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade reinforced with 40% glass fiber. Exhibits excellent electric properties, low warpage, flame resistance, good load bearing performance, good dimensional- and high thermal stability. It is designed for injection molding processes. Used for appliance, electric/electronics, industrial applications like bobbins, lamp housing, brush holder, automotive heater, pumps, valves, fuel rails, microwave oven rings and distillartion column packing. PPSG40-01NC complies with REACH directive 1907/2006/EC, RoHS directive 2002/95/EC and UL-94 V0 flame rating.
