FRIANYL® XT4 GF30 V0I by Celanese is a 30% glass fiber reinforced, heat stabilized, halogen- and red phosphorus-free, flame retardant, semi-crystalline polyphthalamide (PPA) grade. Exhibits high stiffness, heat resistance, strength at elevated temperatures and short-term temperature resistance. It is easy to process with excellent aesthetic results. It can be processed by injection molding process. FRIANYL® XT4 GF30 V0I is specifically designed for electrical and electronic applications such as relays, electronic connectors, fuse holder levers, LED sockets, medium voltage switches, motor brush holders, motor contactors, circuit breaker components, sensor housings, switch housings and coils. Suitable for components that need to withstand the reflow soldering process (SMT). Complies with UL 94 V-0 Flame Rating.
