PE 6146M is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) resin reinforced with carbon black. It is obtained copolymerization of ethylene and hexene-1 in presence of complex metalorganic catalysts. Possesses improved plasticity with preservation of strength characteristics, elongation at break, cracking resistance, thermal stability and improved processability. It is stabilized using antacid, antioxidant, thermostabilizer, processing aid and dispersing agent. Used in insulation of metal pipes in main gas and oil lines.
