PE 6148K is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) resin reinforced with carbon black. It is obtained copolymerization of ethylene and hexene-1 in presence of complex metalorganic catalysts. Possesses very high long term thermal stability, strength, resistance to thermal oxidative decomposition and improved processability. It is stabilized using antacid, antioxidant, thermostabilizer and dispersing agent. Used in the manufacture of insulation film, produced from tubular film.
