M77BHD by NOVA Chemicals is an expandable polystyrene (EPS) resin. It offers good thermal insulation, highly consistent bead size, high gloss and fast cycling. It contains no chlorofluorocarbons (CFC) and can be 100% recycled. It takes 30% less energy to produce an EPS container and has an extremely efficient use of material 95% air. It is strong & lightweight and can be processed by foaming. M77BHD is suitable for insulation, SIPs, geofoam and fabricated packaging. It complies with FDA title 21, 177.1640 & 178.3010 and EU Directive 90/128/EEC and EU Directive 99/91/EC regulations.
