NYLENE® 204 HS

NYLENE® 204 HS is a heat stabilized polyamide PA 6 grade. Possesses high toughness, melt stability, good melt strength and fast molding cycle. Exhibits good dimensional stability at moisture equilibrium than conventional nylon. Provides high abrasion-, grease and food odor resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in clip, automotive fasteners, electrical/electronics bushings and spacers. Complies with RoHS, UL, NSF, ISO 9001:2008, ISO TS16949 and A2LA regulations.
