Omniamid PA6 G WLF is an amorphous, red colored, solid lubricated polyamide 6 cast grade. Is self-lubricating, has low coefficient of friction, good tensile stress, compressive strength and is weatherproof with good resistance at low temperature. Exhibits excellent abrasion, high shock, good wear-, elevated fatigue-, ageing-, alkali-, inorganic compounds and solvents resistance. Used in manufacturing of large diameter gears, rollers, pulleys, wheels, anti-wear guides, bearings, haulage, sliding blocks, guide bearings, sliding bearings, sliding guides for construction machines, excavators & earthmovers, shipbuilding industry and cable-car systems. Complies with UL 94 HB rating.
