OPaLene B6106 by ONGC Petro additions is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. Is a very hard grade, exhibiting abrasion resistance, excellent rigidity and good processability. Provides higher temperature resistance, low coefficient of friction and superior water vapor barrier properties. Possesses low degree of branching, hence stronger intermolecular forces. Designed for blow molding method by slurry process. OPaLene B6106 is recommended for containers and bottles from 5L to 15L for oil, vanaspati and general purpose packaging.
