OPaLene P5003

OPaLene P5003 by ONGC Petro additions is high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. It is a very hard grade, exhibiting abrasion resistance, excellent environmental stress-cracking resistance (ESCR) and hot creep resistance. Provides higher temperature resistance, low coefficient of friction and superior water vapor barrier properties. Possesses low degree of branching, hence stronger intermolecular forces. Designed for pipe extrusion method by slurry process. OPaLene P5003 is recommended for large diameter used for irrigation pipes, sewerage pipes, water pipes and corrugated pipes. It meets PE- 100 Requirements.
