OPaLene P5400 by ONGC Petro additions is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. Is a very hard and abrasion resistant grade, exhibiting excellent processing. Provides higher temperature resistance, low coefficient of friction and superior water vapor barrier properties. Possesses low degree of branching, hence stronger intermolecular forces. Designed for pipe extrusion method by slurry process. OPaLene P5400 is suitable for non-pressure pipes, ducting pipes, drainage pipes and drip laterals. Meet PE 63 Requirements.
