POTICON BT262

POTICON BT262 by Otsuka Chemical is a high strength, high rigidity polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) grade, reinforced with ultra-fine potassium titanate fiber (TISMO). Offers superior friction sliding, reduced wear, surface smoothness, dimensional stability and recyclability. Provides easy processability, decreased processing costs and low damage towards the mold & metal die. POTICON BT262 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for automotive parts (gears, bearings), LED reflectors, watch parts (gears, ground plane), camera image stabilization & module parts, sliding parts (gears, wheel bearing) and motor parts (cog-wheels, bearings). Complies with UL 94 HB flame rating.
