POTICON NT863

POTICON NT863 by Otsuka Chemical is a special polyamide (PA) grade, reinforced with ultra-fine potassium titanate fiber (TISMO). Offers burning resistance, high strength, superior friction sliding, reduced wear, surface smoothness, dimensional stability and recyclability. Provides easy processability, decreased processing costs and low damage towards the mold & metal die. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for automotive parts (gears, bearings), LED reflectors, watch parts (gears, ground plane), camera image stabilization & module parts, sliding parts (gears, wheel bearing) and motor parts (cog-wheels, bearings). POTICON NT863 meets UL 94 flame rating.
