OKULEN® OK 500 – BOR50 white FN 9970 by Ottensteiner Kunststoff is a high molecular weight polyethylene (HMWPE) grade, modified with 5% boron (~16% B2O3). Acts as a neutron absorber and exhibits radiation protection, good chemical resistance and high mechanical properties. OKULEN® OK 500 – BOR50 white FN 9970 is recommended for nuclear industry. Complies with REACH Directive 1907/2006/EC and UL 94 HB Flame Rating.
