Nemcon™ H PA66 DP187 by Ovation Polymers is a thermally conductive nylon 6,6 grade. Offers easy processability, good surface finish, high dielectric strength, good heat dissipation properties, good corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties. Nemcon™ H PA66 DP187 can be processed by injection molding and extrusion. Possible applications include electronic applications such as heat sinks, housings & enclosures, interface materials, chipsets, IC assembly & connectors, automotive applications such as under-hood components, radiator end caps, fuel pumps, hybrid & electric vehicles & fuel cells, industrial applications such as coils, pumps, motors & armatures, transformers, heating and cooling applications such as heat exchangers, radiant heating, pipe & tubing, HVAC and medical applications such as devices & instrument housings.
