Nemcon™ H PC DP113/X5 by Ovation Polymers is a thermally conductive polycarbonate (PC) grade. Exhibits high heat deflection temperature and good processability. Offers good surface finish, good heat dissipation properties, good corrosion resistance, high dielectric strength and good mechanical properties. Nemcon™ H PC DP113/X5 can be processed by injection molding and extrusion. Recommended for housings for power components, encapsulation & housings for bobbins, actuators & coils, IC thermal management components such as heat sinks, heat spreaders & heat pipes and LED lighting assembly applications.
