PENTAMID® A S GV25 H FR natural is a natural colored, water insoluble polyamide (PA) 6.6 reinforced with 25% glass fiber. Is heat stabilised, flame retardant, easy flowing, halogen-, red phosphorous free grade with good mechanical and electrical properties. Exhibits low viscosity, good hardness, stiffness, dimensional stability, surface finish, mechanical strength, toughness, low creep tendency, good abrasion-, hot water-, solvent and heat resistance. PENTAMID® A S GV25 H FR natural manufactured by Pentac Polymer is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for connectors, couplings, plugs, fuses, terminal blocks, switchgears, circuit breakers, lighting components, brown appliances, white appliances, office equipment, telecommunication, power tools, motor parts, cable clamps, ties and automotive applications such as housings, fixation parts, gears, air intake manifolds, impact plugs, cooling water parts, gearshift housings and fan wheels. Complies with UL 94 V0 flame rating and European regulations, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2009 and ISO 50001:2011.
