PENTAMID® AHT GV30 H1 non-colored

PENTAMID® AHT GV30 H1 non-colored by Pentac Polymer is a high heat stabilized, water insoluble polyamide 4.6 (PA 4.6) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Possesses normal viscosity, easy flowability, low friction and better fatigue behavior. Provides higher melting temperature, higher crystallinity and a higher velocity of crystallization compared to polyamide 6 and polyamide 6.6. Offers higher water adsorption, good surface quality, mechanical strength, toughness and low creep tendency. Exhibits excellent hot oil-, temperature, water and chemical resistance. PENTAMID® AHT GV30 H1 non-colored is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for automotive applications such as housings, fixation parts, gears, air intake manifolds, impact plugs, cooling water parts, gearshift housings and fan wheels. Complies with UL 94 HB flame rating and meets with the requirements of European ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2009 and ISO 50001:2011 standards.
