PENTAMID® B GV25 MK15 H RC black by Pentac Polymer is a black colored, heat stabilized, recompound or recyclate polyamide 6 (PA 6) reinforced with 15% mineral and 25% glass fiber. Possesses normal viscosity, water insolubility, good toughness, high stiffness, rigidity and good processability. Provides an isotropic shrinkage behavior, low creep tendency, good dimensional stability and surface finish. Exhibits mechanical strength, excellent damping behavior, good impact and chemical resistance. PENTAMID® B GV25 MK15 H RC black is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for beauty covers, low warpage housings, rotation symmetric parts, relay carriers and door handles. Can also be used in automotive applications including housings, fixation parts, gears, air intake manifolds, impact plugs, cooling water parts, gearshift housings and fan wheels. Complies with UL 94 HB flame rating and meets with the requirements of European ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2009 and ISO 50001:2011 standards.
