PENTAMID® B GV30 H2 RC S black by Pentac Polymer is a black colored, high heat stabilized, recompound or recyclate polyamide 6 (PA 6) reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Possesses normal viscosity, water insolubility, good toughness, high stiffness, rigidity and good processability. Provides easy flowability, low creep tendency, good dimensional stability and surface finish. Exhibits mechanical strength, excellent damping behavior, good impact and chemical resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding method. Recommended for automotive applications including housings, fixation parts, gears, air intake manifolds, impact plugs, cooling water parts, gearshift housings and fan wheels. PENTAMID® B GV30 H2 RC S black complies with UL 94 HB flame rating and meets with the requirements of European ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2009 and ISO 50001:2011 standards.
