PENTAMID® B H TF25 black

PENTAMID® B H TF25 black by Pentac Polymeris a black colored, heat stabilized, 25% polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) modified polyamide 6 (PA 6) grade. Possesses normal viscosity, water insolubility, good toughness, high stiffness, rigidity and good processability. Is smooth, greasy and offers weight reduction, higher shock and vibration adsorption. Exhibits excellent damping behavior, good impact and chemical resistance. It has best tribological properties (sliding friction, dry run condition) showing even better performances than parts made from metal. PENTAMID® B H TF25 black is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for automotive applications including slide bushes, valves, sliding rails, levers and transport slides. Complies with UL 94 HB flame rating and meets with the requirements of European ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2009 and ISO 50001:2011 standards.
