Pinnacle Polymers™ 1120 Z

Pinnacle Polymers™ 1120 Z by Pinnacle Polymers is a nucleated, antistatic and general purpose polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade. This grade is produced via UNIPOL™ PP technology, which utilizes gas-phase fluidized bed reactors with a high activity catalyst system. Offers excellent stiffness, good static charge dissipation, uniform physical properties, excellent lot-to-lot consistency, fast molding cycle and excellent mold release properties. Pinnacle Polymers™ 1120 Z is suitable for processing by injection molding. Suitable for cutlery, closures, thin wall containers and other consumer products. Complies with CFR Title 21, Part 177, Subpart B, Section 177.1520 (c) 1.1a, DMF 17038, RoHS, WEEE-EU Directive 2002/95/EC, European Legislation 1935/2004, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and DSL.
