Pinnacle Polymers™ 1635AF

Pinnacle Polymers™ 1635AF by Pinnacle Polymers is an autoclavable polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade. This grade is produced via UNIPOL™ PP technology, which utilizes gas-phase fluidized bed reactors with a high activity catalyst system. Contains no animal derivatives. Exhibits excellent lot-to-lot consistency, uniform physical properties, low extractables, excellent color and processing stability. Pinnacle Polymers™ 1635AF is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for healthcare/medical packaging, labware, containers and thin-wall articles. Complies with CFR Title 21, Part 177, Subpart B, Section 177.1520 (c) 1.1a, DMF 17038, RoHS, WEEE-EU Directive 2002/95/EC, European Legislation 1935/2004, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and DSL.
