Pinnacle Polymers™ 2199H

Pinnacle Polymers™ 2199H by Pinnacle Polymers is an antistatic, nucleated polypropylene (PP) impact copolymer grade. This grade is produced via UNIPOL™ PP technology, which utilizes gas-phase fluidized bed reactors with a high activity catalyst system. Offers excellent lot-to-lot consistency, excellent melt flow properties, controlled rheology, uniform physical properties, excellent processability, fast cycle time and excellent mold release. Pinnacle Polymers™ 2199H is suitable for processing by injection molding. Applications include packaging, housewares and consumer products. Complies with 21 CFR 177.1520(c), items 3.1(a) and 3.2(a), 21 CFR 176.170, Tables 1 and 2, DMF, RoHS, WEEE-EU Directive 2002/95/EC, European Legislation 1935/2004, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and DSL.
