PRL PC/ABS-GP1 by Polymer Resources is an amorphous, general purpose polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) blend. Exhibits good flow and good impact resistance. It offers good processability, good toughness and moderate heat resistance. Can be processed using injection molding and extrusion. It is used for wiring devices, circuit protection, cable ties, connectors & terminal blocks, power equipment, flashlights, residential & commercial controls, signaling protection & communication and automatic detectors. Other applications include traffic cameras, lighting controls & sensors, emergency lighting & exit signs, internal & external housings, industrial equipment, HVAC, building & construction, fluid engineering components, medical imaging product, medical devices-in-body & out-of-body, surgical devices, orthopedics, battery housings, and transportation. PRL PC/ABS-GP1 complies with the RoHS regulation.
