PTS PCA-1012

PTS PCA-1012 by Amco Polymers is a high impact alloy of polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin. Exhibits heat distortion resistance (superior to ABS, less than PC) and chemical resistance. Offers very good indoor UV light color stability, low temperature ductility, good processability and cost reduction. Provides good strength & stiffness and gloss higher than ABS. It can be processed by injection molding. Suitable for use in appearance housings, portable appliances, flashlights & phones and automotive structural parts & interior parts like instrument panel retainers. PCA -1012 is also used in painted exterior automotive parts such as wheel cover & small tractor hoods, portable electronic devices & computer equipment including laptop/computer cases, keyboards, monitors & printer enclosures, and non-professional safety helmets. Complies with European RoHS/WEEE regulations and REACH regulations.
