PTS PCA-2201NHV

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Amco Polymers
PTS PCA-2201NHV by Amco Polymers is a non-bromine, non-chlorine, UV-stabilized, flame retardant alloy of polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin. Exhibits heat distortion resistance (superior to ABS, less than PC) and chemical stress resistance. Offers very good indoor UV light color stability, low temperature ductility, good processability and cost reduction. Provides strength & stiffness (between PC and ABS) and gloss (higher than ABS). It can be processed by injection molding. Suitable for use in appearance housings, portable appliances, flashlights & phones and automotive structural parts & interior parts like instrument panel retainers. Also, used in painted exterior automotive parts such as wheel cover & small tractor hoods, portable electronic devices & computer equipment including laptop/computer cases, keyboards, monitors & printer enclosures, and non-professional safety helmets.
