TRIMID® N66-1010L

TRIMID® N66-1010L by Amco Polymers is a crystalline, lubricated polyamide 66 resin. Exhibits excellent wear-, chemical-, thermal- and heat resistance. Offers high mold shrinkage, good processability and good physical properties. Possesses lower elongation and higher modulus, strength, thermal distortion temperature, hardness & melting point than Nylon 6/12. It is slightly soluble in boiling water and can absorb double amount of water than Nylon 6/12. Shows lower moisture absorption and higher flexibility & mobility in the methyl unit sections of the chain. TRIMID® N66-1010L is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for electrical connectors, gear, slide, cams & bearings, cable ties & film packaging, fluid reservoirs, brush bristles and automotive oil pans. Also, used in fabric & carpeting, sportswear, fishing line and other recreational equipment. Complies with European RoHS/WEEE regulation and is approved by QAS International management systems, standards, and guidelines (ISO 9001:2008).
