Arylmax® K7522GF30

Arylmax® K7522GF30 is a water-insoluble, odorless, unfilled polyaryletherketone (PAEK) grade reinforced with 30 % glass fiber. It is present as white/ tan colored powder/ pellets and forms alloy with most commercial high temperature plastics. Exhibits excellent chemical resistance and electrophilic displacement reaction at low temperatures. Offers excellent performance in aggressive environments (high temperature and high pressure). It can be processed using compression molding. Suitable for high-performance applications in high-temperature environments such as down-hole components and valve seats. Possible industrial applications include pumps, actuators, seals, thrust washers, wear pads, load-bearing parts, insulation applications, welding fixtures, pistons, valves and plugs. Arylmax® K6000 can also be used for transportation applications including braking systems, fuel systems, water pumps, intake manifolds, switches & connectors and sensors & sensor housings in aerospace, automotive and bullet trains. Listed on TSCA (USA) and DSL/ NDSL (Canada).
