Arylmax® P7000

Arylmax® P7000 by Polymics is a water-insoluble, odourless polyaryletherketone (PAEK) grade. It is present as powder and exhibits electrophilic displacement reaction at low temperatures. It can be processed using compression molding. Suitable for high-performance applications in high-temperature environments such as down-hole components and valve seats. Possible industrial applications include pumps, actuators, seals, thrust washers, wear pads, load-bearing parts, insulation applications, welding fixtures, pistons, valves and plugs. Arylmax® K6000 can also be used for transportation applications including braking systems, fuel systems, water pumps, intake manifolds, switches & connectors and sensors & sensor housings in aerospace, automotive and bullet trains.
