Pyramid™ SC100

Pyramid™ SC100 by Polymics is a black colored polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade reinforced with 35 % carbon. Possesses high mechanical strength & stiffness, fatigue & electrical properties that remain stable over a wide range of frequencies and temperature. Exhibits excellent performance at high temperatures, low moisture absorption, recyclability and low permeability. Provides creep & high wear resistance and excellent chemical resistance in environments that are corrosive, high temperature and/or high pressure. Offers excellent hydrolysis resistance in steam, water, brine environment and natural flame retardant composition. Can be processed by injection and compression molding. Pyramid™ SE2219 PPS is a long discontinuous fiber used in energy (oil & gas), electronics (semiconductor), medical (OrthoPEEK®) and industrial applications.
