LubriOne™ NN-000/15T BK047

LubriOne™ NN-000/15T BK047 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is self-lubricating and wear-resistant, black colored polyamide 66 grade with PTFE lubricant. It offers low coefficient of friction and improved wear resistance properties.

• It enables reduced friction, heat build-up, noise & vibration, lower power requirements, low maintenance, design flexibility and reduced weight.
• It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is processed at medium to high injection and hold pressure, moderate screw speed and low back pressure.
• It is used in automotive, industrial, household, healthcare, printer parts, rollers, pulleys, gears, bearings, conveyor parts, electrical & electronic and water management applications such as:-plumbing handles, check valves as well as fittings and irrigation pivot & spigot heads.
• LubriOne™ NN-000/15T BK047 is used in applications in contact with drinking water (NSF 61).
