OnForce™ LFT NN-30 LGF/000 Natural

OnForce™ LFT NN-30 LGF/000 Natural is a natural colored, heat stabilized polyamide (PA) 66 reinforced with 30% long glass fiber. Provides better aesthetics, high stiffness, improved impact strength, elastic modulus and material strength across wide temperature ranges from sub ambient to highly elevated (-20°C to 160°C). Offers improved creep and fatigue performance, dimensional stability, chemical resistance and excellent surface finish than traditional highly filled short fiber products. Exhibits enhanced physical and mechanical properties than standard short fiber products, weight reduction, lower fuel consumption, greater design freedom and part consolidation. Offers highly efficient and economical material replacement for finished and semi-finished metal parts. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for automotive powertrain, underhood, body components, industrial applications such as housing pumps, brackets and structural components. Complies with RoHS.
